BUSINESS TRAINING CENTRE SALE ANNOUNCED AT CROMARTY CAMPUS AS FIRST LETTING AT AQUARIUS COURT IS ALSO SWIFTLY CONCLUDED

Scarborough Muir Group Ltd has today (Thursday 7th January 2010) announced that the former Workzone premises, along with three acres of land, has been sold at Cromarty Campus, Rosyth. Purchased by the firm currently operating the Liberty Business Centre in Dalgety Bay which specialises in fully serviced office space for small businesses, the company will re-brand the property as the Rosyth Business Centre.

Jerry Alexander, proprietor of Liberty Business Centres said:

“We are delighted with the deal here at Cromarty Campus as this property is very adaptable to our client base.  We had been searching for a while, looking for the right type of property at a fair price and this is excellent expansion for us along the coast. The infrastructure in Rosyth is ideal with very good transport links which our clients will welcome.”

He continued: “This will be our second property in Fife where we wish to continue supporting local businesses with fully serviced office space combined with meeting rooms, reception and telephone answering service.  The new facility also has a theatre style conference room and meeting facility. Cromarty Campus has a very strong offer for business.”

And to coincide with this sale, Scarborough Muir has also successfully concluded the first letting of purpose built office space at Aquarius Court, Rosyth Europarc. In a swift deal brokered by Ryden and Colliers CRE, Dundee based Telecoms firm TRAK Microwave has taken a five year lease of Building A at Aquarius Court.
